What to put in your email
- The Peabud version. It is on Peabud’s page in the App Store or Google Play, or in your phone’s settings under Apps.
- Your phone and its system version, such as “iPhone 15, iOS 26” or “Pixel 8, Android 16”.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot helps.
- The email address of your Peabud account, if the question is about your account.
Please leave out your baby’s name, health details and notes unless we really need them to help. If a screenshot shows them, feel free to cover them first.
Common questions
Why hasn’t an entry reached my partner’s phone?
Peabud saves every entry on your phone first, then syncs it when there is a connection. The cloud icon at the top of Today tells you where things stand: synced, syncing, offline (with the number of changes waiting) or a sync problem.
Phones sync when Peabud opens, when it comes back to the front, when the connection returns, and a moment after each change. To sync now, pull Today down, or tap the cloud icon. If the other phone’s app has been closed for a while, open it to bring it up to date.
How do I share Peabud with my partner or a carer?
The family’s owner goes to Settings → Caregivers → Invite caregiver and chooses a role: a caregiver can log entries, a viewer can see everything but not change it. Peabud shows a code like K7Q2M-TXHB9.
Send the code to the other person. They install Peabud, create an account, choose Join with a code, type it in and tap Join family. Each code works once and expires after 48 hours. After 5 wrong codes in an hour, Peabud waits before it accepts another.
How do I bring my history from Nara Baby?
In Nara, open Account → Family, choose your child and tap Export Data. Move the file to your phone as it is; don’t open and save it in a spreadsheet first, which can change dates.
In Peabud, go to Settings → Import from Nara and choose the file. A preview shows what will come over and what is skipped, and why. Nothing is saved until you tap Import. Importing the same file again adds nothing twice.
Bottles, breastfeeds, solids, nappies, sleeps and growth come over. Other Nara types, such as pumping, medicine and vaccines, are skipped and counted.
How do I get a copy of my data?
Go to Settings → Export to CSV. Peabud saves every entry of the chosen baby as one CSV file, through your phone’s save dialog, named like peabud-pip-2026-10-13.csv. It opens in any spreadsheet app. Every family member can export, viewers too.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Peabud shows what happens to each family first. Without the app, email us from your account’s address.
The full details, including what stays with your family, are on Delete your account.
